He mean this weapon Perfect World Item Database - Laughter Strike and this weapon Perfect World Item Database - River Flow crash his game when he equip them (and drop them).

The anwser is YES it's a .gfx issue...

Use sMODfix and fix them !

And if still doesn't work, try to find a manual fix on the forum....

Item River Flow is already working, but casts do not know what to do.

It is what romulan said there is a problem with yer .gfx files on both laughter strike and river flow claws, you have to repair them. ronnie released a .gfx and .ecm fix that repairs this problem which is client side. you will have to delete them to reenter the game on that character from your admin console. or repair your client.
