As I can put protection of military ranking IX to this weapon:

I put proc type: 16403
But the protection does not appear ranking IX

Change 16403 to 30

32791 = SoulBound
64 = Bind on equipping
55 = Cannot drop, cannot trade, cannot sell to npc
19 = Cannot drop , cannot trade
8 = Clothing / Binding Charm
1 = Revival Scrol

Well 16403 is bind on equipping too ^^
