ptemplate.conf party exp

i saw this in the ptemplate.conf and its been bugging me, i was wondering is this

just like most of the things in this file?
will editing it change anything? im gonna try and let you know if i get a change i was just wondering cause i want to
change it to where being in party doesnt make you lose exp.

well i edited it and didnt get any diffrent outcome of exp.

Its the exp multipliers if you are in a squad, it takes mob exp multiplies it by that then divides it by the number of people in squad
