PvE to PvP?

im using Vbox Server and its currently a PvE server i need help to change that to PvP server please help

And specificly at perfect world:
If you play at a pvp server you become a white name player
right if you reach lvl 30.
At pve server you stay bluename at lvl 30 and you're able to enter the white name mode manually.

There a way to make it full pvp So you do not have the option to turn blue Once you have uploaded to lvl 30, I mean the character is always white or red if failing is that PK?.
Stated another way ... as I can get the option of SAFE MODE?
Let me clarify that before posting to probe pvp = 1 after the line indicated by romulan but I still get the box that enables the safe mode option.

There are no realms in PW...

And personally I think realms is by far the worst idea that ever happened to MMOs...

What exactly is a realm oO??? Is it a sub-split inside a game server? ie... "I play":

A realm is basically all the maps split into multiple instances of themselves, thereby splitting up the community and making the server looking way less populated then it really is, official aion sortof did it well, but I still absolutely hate the idea behind it
