PW MY maps

Heya guys

I was wondering, if anyone who still plays PW - MY could upload for me folder with the main map & all zoomed maps?

I prefer MY names more than PWI ones thats why i need those and i cant get the files myself, i downloaded PW - MY today but 79-82 manual patch is corrupted every time i download it so yeah ;/ Cant update the game really

I would really appreciate if anyone could upload that for me

You would need more than just the maps in surfaces... If you want to use MY names in place of PWi names, there are MANY many many areas in which these name differences occur. IE: Archosaur => Ancient Dragon City ~~ could be found in the images in surfaces.pck (as you know), but also in all the map .clt's client side. Not to mention tasks. If you were to change just the physical map images (and even the CLT's) you would have someone pick up a task that would reference "Archosaur" when on your maps it now says "Ancient Dragon City"...

So if you're looking to use MY names, you will be looking at changing a lot more than just the images in surfaces... I could be wrong but, I think there are even references that would need to be changed in interfaces...

If you don't mind working way backwards DL the release from Beastie -- his release is based off of MY names. I do not have anything bad to say about that release, hell it is the release that got me started, but it is way out of date...

Yeah you will need more than just the maps. Because like 343 said in tasks.data the maps names will still be pwi names unless you have a task editor for lastest PW MY tasks.data ... That's why I given up when I tried to use the PW MY client for my server, because no editor for PW MY elements.data and tasks.data
