just learn to read 1st and search on whole perfect world section and see how many question there been awnsered and how many times then come and tell me why i say go search.
I dont mind if u help but at least do it not just google for a stupid tutorial even a 5 years old kid can do it.

Now lets see the reality here , u have an old server gz for keeping it alive , but still after keeping it on soo much time you still give tt99 as starter? is it hard to custom a server? and u was wondering why people left there is ur reason.
I only had a server for 8 days online and got on 14-15 , maybe my money wont let me buy a host etc...but ive been working a lot on a 1.3.6 its almost fully customised.

I have all my respect to devs like 343 , ronny , robb , romulan , 88supra88 , hrace009 hes release was the first that made my dream real, nofxpunkerbrian etc... they made the dream of most of us to make a pw server to become real and they even made it easy , ik that u try to make the others to think that im bad or etc...but if they think that i cant change it, i try my best to help. (the search button or google wont kill anyone)
I will always be grateful to whole ragezone and to Mental for making it.

ok seeing as how no one is doing anything but telling u to search how abt a little help

are you useing a pw server with apache or xamp built in?

if so please be careful with wampserver, it works great, but when i used it side by side with my pwserver, i ended up destroying my server and was unable to just simply fix it, i have to manually move over the toons and accounts as well as the other work and fixes it was a pain.

if you already have apache/xamp then look into the folder /var/www/
in that folder will be an index.php if you read inside the index.php file you will read a code like this

	} else {
		$uri = 'http://';
	}
	$uri .= $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'];

that code directs the regular port 80 to the "pw" folder and displays all folders and files inside the folder

if you change the line
header('Location: '.$uri.'/pw/');
to something like
header('Location: '.$uri.'/pw/index.html');

it will now point to a direct file called index.html

now with that being said i cant help you any further as to i cant build ur page for you, tho i do know how to build websites, this is all on you to research how to build a html or even php page, their are plenty of server building programs out on the web, do some digging go into the pwadmin folder and look at how thoes files are built, copy and paste, trial and error

now once you have your page, place it into the "pw" folder, change your link to match your file name, and ur set

hope this at least sets ya in the right direction

You're going to need alot more than that, if you are new to web development then I recommend using a CMS system like wordpress. My personal choice is PHP Nuke though but it all depends what you feel more comfortable using. Most website for CMS system come with a guide on how to set them up.

That will get you a basic website for you to stick information on and the basics. That is how my website started anyway.

You will need:
1: A web server (lampp, xamp, etc etc)
2: SQL Server (MYSQL, MSSQL, etc etc)
3: PHP
4: a mail server (optional)

in wampserver haves 3 program Apache PHP MYSQL and i got 4 type templates idk how to setting up now i am trying to set
i dont know which program to use
