Do the Faction Icons that I upload via the Plugin on pwAdmin have to be in Surfaces.pck to be seen ?
Yes. After you uploaded each icons for each factions, click the download button. The PNG file need to bo converted into DDS formatPut the TXT file and the DDS file inside surfaces.pck
Where exactly does it go in Surfaces.pck? Into Ingame or..? Sorry about so many Questions, just don't want to f*** it up lol

Did you changed the server ID in the serverlist.txt by "1" ?

Server Name | Server Port and IP | Server IDCode:LAN 29000:192.168.0.50 1
The server ID is used for the faction icons also...
If you open the "iconlist_guild.txt" you will see something like this:1_5.dds = ServerID:1 FactionID:5Code:0_0.dds 1_5.dds 1_4.dds 1_1.dds
