pwAdmin Not Showing up?

Hey Guys,
I have attempted to install pwAdmin on my vbox server but when i open the http://myip:8080/pwAdmin it shows up as a broken link. Drakaer has been helping me to install it and ffrom what i can gather i have managedd to do everything right (or apparently not)
Permissions are correct
Java home has been put into .bashrc and .profile correctly using jdk1.5.0_05. It just comes up with a broken link error page. port 8080 has been port forwarded and it h as been put in the exceptions list on my firewall so i am stumped?

Post and image of the page. It may help solve the problem. Also post images of .bashrc .profile tomcat_start and stop scripts.
