pwAdmin "Connection to MySQL Database Failed"

How do I fix this? On my pwAdmin, Accounts tab it says "Connection to MySQL Database Failed" which is causing unable to register a new user and login in the game.

4 possible reasons

1. MySQL daemon is not running (highly unlikely)
2. You do not have the database on the server (probable)
3. You do not have the proper settings in .pwAdminconf.jsp (also probable)
4. You do not have the database on the server AND you have the wrong settings in .pwAdminconf.jsp (maybe)

Those are pretty much the only reasons it'd show that

Alright thanks a lot, it works now. But there is another problem.

I cannot start the Map Service. Even I stop the server, then start again, the Map Service wont start

cd /PWServer/logs

Post the gs one, OR

cd /PWServer/gamed
./gs gs01 > gs.log

And then post the gs.log it creates
