As far as i can see this :
2 new unballanced classes like tideborn but impressive enough to drag people away from the privates
new graphics engine wich is f****ng pain for us to convert/edit to actually work on our server ... think about this the wings aren't still fixed anywhere (100% that is)
3rd of all if we actually get a hold of 1.4.2 or whatever there will be alot of "police activity" on our back's(legal copywrites blahblahblah)
But can't wait for the mounts and wings(HERE COMES THE HEADEACHE)
so... this should be fun :D

its not a new graphic engine but angelica got updated.
As you saw maybe on actuall v56 and higher MOXT files and v89 and higher GFX Files:
MOXTVersion:56
IsAngelica3:0
I think the new update will do the follow:
MOXTVersion:57 58 59 60 ....
IsAngelica3:1
hmm could be.
