Well, Romulan has post this: pwTools - Download: pwTools, but I could not use this because there is not .exe files :/

How to do please?

I want use sPCK for example, but I can't because there is not sPCK.exe file.

Use the batch file for binaries, this'll download the executables.

or just browse to the bin folder on the real maintained page and download all files in there manually if you dont like the batch (yes, the batch uses google code svn too)
