    Showoff [Qeustion] XML and who has made

    why as I used to edit XML tool for weapons makers name does not exist
    So how can edit the XML which retains the name of making the picture

    try using Hex-Editor or make a new wep then add it to a NPC and craft it and ul have a name

    For me the hex editor don´t work fine whit names never showme the full name XDDD

    then i guess best is to make new item in element.data and ul never have troubles with names , i have too some troubles with XML editor i just tried few mins ago and i cant see full name.
    so id rather make new item in elements.data (u can make an item even without name with hex or xml editor if is for tests lol)

    I never did this, but I guess that your hex editor does not handle unicode (2 byte charset) strings?

    Doesn't find any XML Editor that works, the one in "ALL PW TOOLS" got a virus and can't use it cause I don't have "any access"

    I'm using that, the funny is that:

    - Can't do neck etc (pro)
    - No where to name it more (pro?)

    You mean name the weapon itself??? That is done in elements.data, the client gets the name for the item based off of its number if I am not mistaken - so there is no way to change the name of the weap itself (like when I made my ban hammers)... So you have to change the name in elements itself if that's what you're looking to do (or create a 'clone' of an item so you can have one custom named based off of an existing one [so you don't have to make a brand new one from scratch])

    I can add +movespeed to items but you cant go above +5.00, even if you do add +5.00 however it only adds +3.00. On my barb it went from 4.9m/s to 7.9m/s. If you add more than 5.00 you will move at the default speed.

    And now to break it down
    Code:

    Green = The movespeed skill itself
    Blue = The amount of move speed you want the item to have. This is a FLOAT.

    The movespeed is added just other item skills/bonuses.

    Add the above to the end of your item and don't forget to increment the number of skills/bonuses by one. Shown in RED below.

    Already tested that. Its not a per item cap or per bonus cap. I tried to see if I could overcome this by having +5 on my club and +2 on my necklace but it still forced it back to default speeds. I tried two on the same item as well to see if it was per bonus but it wasn't.

    So it seems like the maximum speed bonus you can get from gear is 3.00m/s

    Nope the real limit is 4.8m/s and it's the total cap limit for your whole stuff. So all bonuses combined on your whole stuff can't go above 4.8m/s

    How do you get that? Mine doesn't go above +3.00m/s

    Anything from +3.00m/s to +5.00m/s gives me +3.00m/s no matter what I put. I can't push my bonus m/s above +3.00m/s
