Random move for npc, mosters etc?

    Random move for npc, mosters etc?

    Hi all!!!

    How can i put random movement on npc, monsters etc? Its posible?

    I need to edit it on elements or on npcgen?

    I am not 100% sure, but I do not think that you can do random movements. If I am not mistaken NPC/Monster movement is controlled in path.sev (server side only)

    the paths are controlled by path.sev if you want them to go in a directed direction without failure, the random movement is just in npcgen you just edit its range of which it can walk.

    One more question,now my moob area walking but they aren't attack me. Im using a cube beehive map copy. Any ideas?

    You need to have the aggro set to true on elements and the npcgen so it will respond on the map to your player.

    Thanks man, if i call the monster with the gm console attacks but if i put it with npcgen not.

    How can i set agro true on elemments data there are a lot of rows, i know rows for monters hp, magic and phisical attack but not for agro true or false.

    Ill answer this question once im home from vacation if noone else does I dont have an ele editor in my face right now to check and Im not a big fan of ronnys elements editor.

    Aha but is agro a boolean 1 or 0? or is it and id like a 255 or something?

    I cant remember mate I think you set the aggro range and if its 0 it means it dont have aggro, unless thats in NPCGen, I aint messed with mob aggro for some time best thing would be to compare a few none aggro mobs to a few aggro mobs see if theres any patterns in the elements.data then once u figured tht out compare the same mobs in npcgen.
