Client one is plain text, use ronny's tool to make it a .sev binary

+2, edit CLT in your favorite flavor of text editors, then use ronnys maptool to convert the CLT=>SEV

Only thing is... I should probably work on a guide for it like I did for elements.data, when you first look at its like wtf numbers everywhere

I do not know of any way to go SEV=>CLT, you have to edit CLT and then convert CLT=>SEV

We agree that the region.ctl edit by notepad and things not easier, for least by min.

Like I said, there is no guide for it, I should probably work on one, but thats for another day
