    Well for one your starting the server as root BAD THING root can open some areas whilst using PW which can be dangerous, permissions will need to be set to run with java accordingly, your shell file permissions will need to be set to which ever account you create to run your files.

    Make sure on your start shell files are going to the correct location when opening.

    I really cant say much more until this is done.
