Read hrace009's guide and make sure you have it configured like he says try host only make sure you have the mac address right and in the host only configuration try putting in 192.168.0.1 WITHOUT a 0 on the end

Well in the vbox conf, if your server ip is 192.168.0.10 and host only which it looks like it is, in the host only conf, DO NOT put a 0 on the end, just put 192.168.0.1 putting 0 after the 1 will not work, or it didn't for me anyways.

Its a conflicting IP. There is another computer on your network with the same IP. You cannot have 2 computers with the same IP so you must change one of them to an unused IP.

Read what 343 posted to help you.

Also Bananarz and R3DWIZ are right that in the virtualbox adapter configuration you cant use 192.168.0.10 as the IP. However I believe that you can use anything as long as its not 192.168.0.10. I think 192.168.0.11 will work as well.
