Server Error

Hi, could someone give a little help here?
This giving an error on my server, PW, did everything but can not start it again, formatted the pc and nothing .. This was after we were upgrading the server and when we start the server, not started.

the error is this one: err:: gfactionserver: linkserver identical (or delivery) id (1) find. check. conf file linkserver and delivery of server and faction server.

After giving this error can no longer connect.

Formatted the server, we set up everything again from the beginning not the only, there are other type of error:
EXAMPLE:

info: Begin import clsconfig ...
info: ClsConfig Imported.
info: InitGameDB, Role delete time is 604800.
info: InitGameDB, acquire region (id = 1), [l =- 100000.0, r = 100000.0, 100000.0 = t, b =- 100000.0].
info: Init GameDB successfully.
TRACE: init SellDataImage. maxSellID = 0, rolenum = 0
err: init Transaction Manager failed.

and after:

err: gdelivery:: connect failed GameDB

What can be?
