Server Network Error

Let's start off by saying...I DID SEARCH.(:
Although, I couldn't get much out of the answers that were given. (That I seen)

http://img842.imageshack.us/img842/2830/41819881.jpg

Help me fix this and I'll FINALLY be back online..Lol..

What would cause this?

HOW TO FIX: The easiest way I would say would be go through each and every file that even would simply make you think it had an ip in it, then change it to your IP.
There you go, fixed server network error. =)

Re: Server Network Error

There's 3 IP's in there.
What should they be?
I changed first ip to 127.0.0.1
the 2nd i changed to 192.168.0.10
3rd to 192.168.0.10
(correct me if im wrong)

I'll add a SS soon.<---Before it was edited

IGNORE FAIL SPELLING IN THE PICTURE. I fixed that, still same problem though

Also, fgru...If you read my post, I said I searched, but none of the info(I found) done any good for me.
Btw: I always use google to search this site, i barely find anything when I use regular search. Google search FTW.

its definitly one of your auth or gmopgen, ive had this problem once, check around and make sure they are set to your server ip.
and of course if that doesnt fix it, look in your pwserver folder and make sure all the ip's "not 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0" are set to your ip.
im not a pro like das, so id go with his idea first ^^.
thats my way of finding little issues like this.

gmopgen the lines with the IPs on them should be the same as the server the daemons are running on (if its all one machine 127.0.0.1 is fine)

gmopgen.xml in /etc/ ???

pointless file, you can delete it and server will run w/o it. I'm not sure but I think it has something to do with the old iweb...

table.xml on the other hand for authd (wherever yours is located) is a different story, and is required. Make sure the IP, database name, user name, and password are correct in your AUTHD's table.xml

If it is in etc, I have it.
If it is in /PWServer/authd I do not have it.

Re: Server Network Error

yes the "original" release has it in /etc/ and it cannot be changed without changing the class for it; don't worry about all that though

Just make sure this line the info matches with your IP, DB name, Username, and Password:

<connection name="auth0" poolsize="3" url="jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1/dbo?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8" username="root" password="root"/>

---------- Post added at 04:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:12 PM ----------

it's near the top, roughly line 7; so it wont take any thorough searching to locate ;)

I was actually looking at that.
<connection name="auth0" password="aringaso" poolsize="3" url="jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1/dbo?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8" username="root"/>

^^^mine. See any errors?

Re: Server Network Error

I doubt that order matters, although I would put password at the end; as long as the info matches it would be alright. Meaning that your MySQL server is on that machine (the 127.0.0.1) the database is called "DBO" (something most people wouldn't change) your mysql user name is ROOT and the password is ARINGASO... But that is all info only YOU would know...;)

Re: Server Network Error

depends if ur database is dbo then its most likely the dbo line, i had this 3 days ago and i just now remembered it, i had my settings

set to dbo but my database name is pw, "das's db"
and if you are still using the old dbo u might wanna upgrade or add roles, or pwadmin character tab wont work.

Actualy, pwAdmin every tab works. Nothing is wrong at all on there, all addon's/etc all work.
So you want me to chane where it says dbo to das's db?

Or what should I do?
Cause tables.xml is correct i believe.
Does tables.xml need to have the IP of where I access pwAdmin or??

Edit: If anyone wants to add me on skype and possibly try to help me fix the problem..
Skype: kuruptgaming
Would be great :P
