Server under maintenance

I have a problem with my server, or it just might be a client issue. Im not sure, so im here to ask you guys.

The server starts and runs successfuly, I can see it running at 16ms ping. Yet when I try to connect, it immediately say's:

"Server is under maintenance, please login later."

I would appreciate it if guys could help me with it...
