Setting up rights for accounts ( gm stuff )

Heyhou,

i know there was a thread how to setup single rights to useraccounts ( gm rights like teleporting, invincibility etc ) but i cant find it anymore. Maybe because i dont know the correct search term
Can someone point it out for me please or post a guide or something ?
