Yes, something like that. AS I sad: "Yes, we need to share, but we need to share how to find the way how to fix something, but not fixes them all.". And than you will think, you will spend your time, you will respect your work, and respect other people, who made a simmilar work.
P.S. Maybe moderators will take all this flood from this topic to separate topic?

I strongly dislike the term "noob" and take offence when people use it in a non-joking manner. Using the term "noob" is basically saying that you think you are better than everyone because you believe you know more or are better at something.
Everyone is entitled to make private server if they so wish. The success of a private server depends not only on knowledge but also on attitude and creativity.
Knowledge - This is required to understand your server and fix and bugs so that your server will run smoothly and effiently. How are people expected to gain knowledge if no one will teach them? They gain knowledge by thinking and doing things themselves you say? Well yes this a method that people can obtain knowledge but it is not the most effient way. We have schools and teaching intitutions to help speed up this process and transfer knowledge from people. Imagine learning everything by yourself (this not mean reading a book or learning from the net, these are still methods of passing on knowledge), it almost seems impossible doesnt it? People here require someone to pass on the knowledge they have gained and you are denying people knowledge because you are worried about your server population.
Attitude - Running a private server requires the right attitude. You can't just go round calling everyone on your server a "noob" because you are better than them. They wont like it and will leave. You have to have a warm, friendly, welcoming community. 90% of the people wanting to play on your server will be these "noobs" so you will have learn to accept them. If you cast away every noob you find you wont have a community left.
Creativity - Many people will want something unique in a private server. They will want custom content.
Also the people who play on private servers are not your players. They will go to which ever server they think is best. Which means a "noob" can make a better server than you. Something to think about...

So now you are saying that you are to share when you clearly earlier said not to and are now asking a mod to split this and trying to pin it on other, wow, just wow.
On the topic of sharing, Id go well out of my way to tell people how Ive done something no matter the effort Ive put into it, why? Because there is always someone else out there I have benefited from that put just as much if not more effort into providing me with something useful, what is so wrong with giving up something you have done to benefit the community as a whole and not allowing others to be able to benefit off of it as well? You are acting like you actually own the server and client software itself, as if you spent your own time writing each single line of code to create the game that we are all here working with what we have to create something truly enjoyable. You surely do amaze me in your selfishness, it is quite amazing how much you think of yourself as an amazing elitist, when in reality all you are is a leech, a leech that tries to defend themselves over the fact that all they want to do is take what other people have done as their own, and tell everyone else they have no idea what they are doing. Also, as far as Im concerned Im not going to waste typing another character about you, the way you come off in your posts makes you a sink to the community we have here.
