Blender tool works fine when it comes to armour n fashion bt when i try to load creeps hair model weapons etc.. It gives n error saying index list out of range....Is there any fix for that or is there any other 3d editor i can use....

Blender isn't your issue, I think it's your import/export scripts, as Robb said. I also have no issues opening any of the .ski files in blender. And I used that forum thread precisely for blender.
Im am also using blender with the import scripts from that thread and have no problems.

i figured what i did wrong i had downloaded the latest version of python which was incompatible with the import export script...
