Skill Hexgen plugin

hello,
I recently upgraded my pwAdmin to ver.1.0a...it has some built in plugins,one of them is skill hexgen http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4122/...9936b879_b.jpg

Need some info on it ...didnt understand how to use it (if it can be..)

Wow nice thanks for bringing this up. I didnt know it existed.

To me it looks like it shows the hexcode for character skills which is very useful. However the image is too blured to make out the numbers exactly.

Im gonna try it and see.
