Skillbooks dont work

I've made some search in list48 of elements.data and nothing that control the required lvl for learning the skills...

Maybe another list? Maybe another file? But it's a NPC service, not a quest so it's not in tasks.data

EDIT: I hope it's not a patch thingy on elementskill.dll and GS ...

Ok, just tested @ lv 150 and I was able to learn the skill.

Now... How to change it to the proper requisite of lv 99 ...

all this books was working perfect.

but now it was unable to learn T_T

I just tested the skill and Barrack of Arrows also Stormrage Eagleon works fine for me

but I haven't tested Blademaster's and Wizard's skills yet, so maybe not all of the skills book worked :?:

What server release are you using?

I'm using aringaso's server which is based off hraces release. The skill books appear to work fine for me. This issue just seems to be with Ronny's server.

I learnt demon heaven's flame last night on a lvl 120BM with 3rd culti fairy. I added too much exp so ended up over 99. I might just change the lvl instead though.

I tested 99 bm with sage heavens flame and cant learn it at lvl 99, I can learn it at 109 however.
The level at which you can learn skills is 109.

btw all skills with needed 2 sparks can leran at lv 150 :( not earlier :( i think its a bug ...

I do believe that it my be a ingame bug, at the time of the release of server files. Becuase lvl is 99 but u have to get 3rd fairy before learning. I know that some skills require u to have 3rd fairy to learn.

Not a bug. That's the initial lvl for those skills when the official beta was released. They changed the lvl later when they see the players could never reach the lvl109 like on chinese servers.

did you using pure 1.4.2_V463 elements.data wich convert it using sELedit?

I'm using Hrace's server release and the skills books are working just fine :mellow:

I'm using pure 1.4.2_V463 elements.data and downgraded it with Ronny's PWD Rising Tide. I was using the sEledit to edit my Nirvana armor but I left the skill books untouched.

the element.data is not downgrade, its only replace using ronny modification, i mean did you convert pure element.data 463 using sELedit or using the build in from pwd ?:?:
