    Skills Modification

Hello I am new to this forum and only joined today.

I wanted to find out, is it possible to edit the skills that a particular character has. Example would be have a werebeast with the buffs on an preist and the ability to tame pets. I was thinking if this was possible. It was a just a thought so if it does not make sense... I apologize.

    Thank you

    Re: Skills Modification

    Thank you loads.

I wanted to try to create a char who had a combination of skills from all the chars and create 1 char with the selected skills of choice. Thank you by the way once again. If you are able to incorporate the skills from WB to EP then i would probably be able to use what ever you have done and hopefully understand its functioning and make the necessary changes on experimenting the chars

But thank you for looking into this. I am sorry if I caused a lot of hassle with this but if this were incorporated into Iweb then Iweb can be made into a more wholesome application/ program.

I also heard a similar thing was done on one of the servers to only 1 Werebeast in the game. I think it should be possible.

    thankies :D

    Re: Skills Modification

Iirc the profession needed for the skills is stored in elements, therefore you should be able to modify the skills to be available, place them at the approriate trainer and learn

    Re: Skills Modification

Well my way would involve making an EP, learning the skills ingame, going to iweb, changing the character's class to WB, learning the skills for WB ingame, then chaning the class back to EP ... THEN saving the skill octets.

I tried it with an EP having EA skills, because I wanted my EP to use a GM bow with some skills. Although the skills work, the character animation when using skills not from its class does not work.

It also became a hassle to have to switch weapons to use certain skills.

    Re: Skills Modification

Haha :D This thread is showing a lot of interest :D lol when i thought there would be very little feedback.

This is what I had planned to create as a trial for fun...
Create a warrior (since he has maximum number of skills slots to learns skills)
Teach him 5 skills from WF (pet healing, Pet revive, intersoul switch, bramble guard, 50% mana regen)
Teach 3 skills from WB (titan strength, health buff and health regen)
All 4 EP buffs + purify + whistle heart
Damage skills of EA (10 of them) and leave the remaining skills of a warrior
    Have all the element masteries.
I know this is severely modded char but i wanted to create it as an experiment for fun and trial purposes so dont scorn me ... please. Now that i think about it I dont think it is even possible =O its too much modifications and confusion.

    Re: Skills Modification

I could try if i can. The only thing is ... I am stuck with exams at the moment and I dont know how to exactly modify the char . Like I said i am new on this form so it would take me sometime to get used to using the software + applications. Would appreciate some advice though please And yes i would need luck in making this monster char and I will make it on a trial char woot are there any words of advice from the great masters who have been able to dwell indepth into the carefully arranged databits in the game.

    Thankies

to add new skill in current skill structure... you can try from elements.data... i imagine to add new skill that never exist...
