Slow to enter the server

I'm having a problem on my server ... during the week is always a slow to enter the server and the only way to solve this problem is restarting the server.
Is there any way to solve this problem without having to restart the server ever?

When this problem occurs, I try to enter the server and this error appears:

My server is online for 2 months and is having this problem every week

The only way to get back to normal is restarting the server -.-

There is no other way to solve this problem?

The IPS are all set to 127.0.0.1 (out glinkd)
My table.xml is configured correctly.
