What is that a poem?
I think its a search for a NPC.
If true, the way to find a NPC is to find its ID in elements.data then check npcgen.data of the servers map folder ( the map where you want to find it, mostly world ) for that ID. If you find it in there, then you have its position in d_goto coords. If not, add the ID to npcgen.data along with the correct coords where you want to have that NPC and restart the map. Then it should be spawned.

You'll need to open up gfx, models etc. grab the files for the NPCs, then make their entries into your elements.data file.
