im use spatch V 0.08 cause V1.1 don't connect from my server :/

Notice how it said .b64.files, I'm assuming you created a .xup for patching, Ronny did this because Windows XP does not support anything but ASCII characters, it wasn't until Vista that was 'fixed'

There is a switch for extracting patches and decoding the base64... but you can easily do it yourself...

It's a normal feature of the latest spatch version, don't worry about the b64 encoded files. But don't touch it, just put the compressed patch on your server and that's all!
