Starting Underwear

You all know the starting clothing you have on your character when you first come into the game if you changed from armor view to clothes view? That crappy white clothes you have on / boxers on male characters?

Where are those clothes located in the files? And is it possible to edit them? I thought it was possible because of the old release of the "nudie patch" (which takes away certain pieces of those clothes) but I don't know where to find them in the files. I'd like to dress them up a bit more, they're kind of boring in my opinion.
