strange dbdata error

Hey everyone. so far ive formatted re installed server so on and so on. several times.

after a little while the server decides to crash on the "game database daemon"

this happens EVERY TIME i format the system or reinstall the server

everything works good till a few players later.

i have to rebuild the database each time to make it work again.
AND NOW i cant load the characters databse on pwadmin it says importing roles failed and then crashes the game database daemon again and again.

anyone have any ideas on fixing this

gamedbd is a finicky daemon that either likes to work or throws a tantrum and doesn't.

What Linux distro are you using as it seems to like RHEL and Debian/Ubuntu the most...

Also what release of the server files are you using?

Like did you use hrace's, 343's ronny's... etc

i use 343's release.

and ive come to the determination it crashes because of 1 character in the list. i can view all other chars except one.... how might i be able to delete this character....

when i cannot do it form pwadmin
reason: when i so much as click or go to anything of that character it crashes the daemon instantly.

OH AND im using ubuntu 10.04 lts server edition
