Can somebody upload or tell me where i can get a fixed domain.sev and domain.data that can let me own all types of regions and can declare attacks all the time instead of only wednesdays(what it's set at now and i canot figure where to change)

only change the times that are given by the tw system for the TWs

thats what domain.sev controls.

Stop pw server, change the server itself's time, start pw server
