I still wonder if they have a real 'leak' (/'stolen') files, or if they're just using an emulator...

for me, my opinion is that it was stolen, because they really all customer pwi, otherwise it would mean that they have someone in pwi files that give them, you who work long angelemu on and other things concernat pw, you do not find the fault, and just like after 1 week (see less or more I do not know) that pwi launches new races, they had too. ... a point which remains to be clarified but I know aresounet rill seeing my post, because as you can see, aresounet has posted only one message and here's where: http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/good-job-romulan-780999/

and over the age varies from forums etc ..., but hey I will not argue here that it is perhaps not the subject

I'd urge everyone with coding skills to get their fingers into Angel Emu what they got is a good start and with a good community could go really far. Plus once it is stock like you can then add your own additions which would be awesome imo.

i would gladly help but all i know is a bit of java, c++ and database...
and from what i have seen that isnt enought :P

There are enough things to do that doesn't belong to programing.

e.g.
Create a Seeker and Mystic on PWI and find out theire HP & MP modifiers etc...

Even IF he bought smth from some1, that doesn't mean that he did not bought smth stolen!
So if pwfrance have to original pwi files (what they claim to) they either found a security hole on official servers or they got an leak from someone who has legal access to the official servers...
Either way, both is a theft an paying for it doesn't make a legal buisness out of it...

in my opinion it all comes to the new 2 european servers maybe some friend from there leaked or they bought it from there...
their new files come almost along with the new servers
or its also possible then some players of their server or a gm/moderator works for pwi too XD

Just because we haven't heard about any other emulator projects doesn't mean they don't exist.

Perhaps its a Chinese project.
