like D@nte already said, there is a need of some kind of Data Mining which can be done by anyone.

Example:
1. Create a new Seeker, note down HP,MP and stats like critical
2. Level up your character, note everything again
3. Distribute stats and note everything again
4. repeat 1-3 and try to figure out what hp you get per levelup, per vit point you put etc, what crit you get per dex.... very simple stuff i'd say

To be honest, a better example would be having them note all the locations of NPCs and mobs in the new areas as we are at the unique advantage over other emulated MMO servers, we already have a large portion of what is needed to run the server and know how it all works. The emulator just needs to replicate and extend what we already have...

I already tools made for that :D, maybe ill release it soon because it's a more intelligent Packet logger than the old (buggy) one.
The only downside is that you can abuse it to grab npcgen from any server (except triggers)

Also you can check if its an emulator in the little details.
It can never be 100% exact to offical.

Why do you want something that can't evolve and wich you don't have the source codes?

That's the advantage of an emulator, it can evolve. Not the leak of official server files. So go for angelemu!

And stop raging on pwfrance... They sucks anyway with their low rate and their server files that they can't upgrade because they don't have the source files.

Cuz i didn't finish the npcgen yet!

NPCs and mobs are in the correct positions and adjusted only thing missing is the correct positioning of mines - didn't found the time to adjust may spawning algorithm for mines' hmap offset yet.
In tetail this means serveral mines are flying or under buildings
