Tool for make NPC sell Item mall in Server 1.3.6 with item 1.4.2 v283

So i cant mod NPC to sell item mall.
How can i find another tool to mod NPC to sell item mall? Sorry for my poor Eng !

sELedit 1.1 can read and edit elements.data and in this guide http://forum.ragezone.com/f452/noob-...editor-619219/ you can read -> NPC to sell other items

Is there a detailed post on how to sucessfully edit the Npc to sell other items using sELedit? and also some info abt how the logic-replace option works.

Or can someone pls explain what these terms in Logic-replace mean:
1>in list ID
2>in item ID
3>in field ID

Exactly what it sounds like they mean -
List (list of items)
Item (item)
Field (field specifically on item)
I believe (not positive, but willing to bet on it.) that's the correct meaning of the terms.
