Now it connects, but disconnects right after an other error...

Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
I used to get that... then I reformated and tried again... now i don't even get that lol.
Edit: And by that I mean Disconnected over and over
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
So you don't have any solution to this?
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
TRACE : gdelivery::connect to gauthd successfully.
Best news I've seen all day... however on the next ping it fails... then succeeds... then fails... and so on.
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
which ports do i have to open?? which ones? just 29000 dont work
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
I think I found the solution. I need to reboot first though.

I'm looking for it. I think it's in the rulesets somewhere -.-
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
It tells me
err : Protocol state or size policy error. sid=12,type=10,size=22,acceptsize=4
Then right after
err : gdelivery::disconnect from GAuth server. Reconnecting....
I looked into the authd folder and inside classes there's a bunch of things mentioning types and sizes in relation to the protocols folder inside authd. However type "10" has a max size a lot higher then 4 -.-
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
filedropper link is broken tryed it with 3 different browsers just incase.
file always downloads as 174 byte file
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie

TRACE : gdelivery::gfactionclient: disconnect from server. reconnecting...

I don't know. I renamed zoneid=1 to 2 for now just to make the gfaction error go away. As for the Gauth error I just mentioned that above. It says a size and then and acceptable size and if you change the config.xml in the authd folder it mentions lines like that referencing the protocols. So I'm going to assume that there's a config.xml folder somewhere and that it is having a protocol size that is larger then what is accepted.
-However. I also did stuff with TCP and I'm going to assume that it may or may not have something to do with it. I may post it later because it might help in making the server more optimal (faster - smoothier) etc

1. download link are not broken! I think maybe your country apply restrictions or something like this. I don't know what exactly.
Hey all guys and ladies! I don't know what did you do with my files but i think you have fucked up the configuration of the server.....
Have you correctly following the readme file? IP and Port in every configuration files doesn't be changed! It's a easy release... with less of changes needed to get it started well!
You just need to do the right permissions for every files and install XAMPP... it's ALL !!! After this:
./start.sh (for a minimal start) or ./full_start.sh (if you want to load every instances....)
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie

Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie

After studying the files and reading articles and posts from the PW section I think it doesn't apply to jus tyour files. I think it actually applies to the java that is distributed with it. I may give it ONE last try... maybe. I tried it on ubuntu 8.10, 9.04, 9.10. I tried installing CentOS, Debian, and Fedora but I had problem (I'm doing usb installs of all this... which is why). I also tried LXDE PClinuxOS and so on. I'm not trying the best linux disto ever and I still get the same protocol state or size error. So I'm thinking it has to do with the java files that are being distributed cause I've looked all over tcp and in the kernel + tcp files and nothing mentions acceptsize.
(Can I give you a ftp account to upload to my host where I can then download and distribute it? - The second files)

I tried with not adding any files and just the PWServer folder and the /etc files. Umm... don't know where else to look.
Re: Tutorial for the PWSERVER1.3.6 + MYSQL by beastie
Maybe it's a java issue but i'm very surprised ... Are you using a 64bits system? ^^
Otherwise... try to download the latest jdk1.6 from the official java sun website and make a fresh install of it on your linux system ...
It should be a simple .bin file you just need to upload it on your /usr/java folder on your linux system set the 755 chmod and start the install...
But i think you have a 64bits system...
