It should be a simple .bin file you just need to upload it on your /usr/java folder on your linux system set the 755 chmod and start the install...

Nope, I have 32-bit. I also tried different fresh installs of java. I have no clear clue. I really want to help develop PW files with you and give updates on releases but I don't understand what the problem is. I'm going to try using PenDriveLinux and maybe even VMWare and perhaps the problem will go away. I see more people succeeding with Virtual installs then actual partitioned installs. I remember some time ago even I was able to connect to beastie's vmware release when it first came out so I'll have to give it another try.

I even extracted beastie's release and still got the same weird problem (however I didn't change java files) so once I get PenDriveLinux I'll check vmware. If vmware works I'll then retry opening beastie's vmware and extract stuff again.

If you're wondering how to do it ask. Basically you turn the vmware harddrive into a .bin (with linux) then you open the .bin with an iso program (with windows). I may just give up though but I feel the knowledge I gained from trying so much might go to waste if I do.

- The link is broken (atleast the 2nd link) the first link works correct. But the filedropper link downloads me a 138kb file or something simular of size. And can't open it then offc...

Is there any way you could upload your 2nd version to another upload host?

++ YAY for uploading all the stuff to the server over winSCP (takes hours for me ah well, hopefully it works now)

I think I found a way that is better then vmware/colinux/virtualbox. I set it up and it immediately worked over no-ip without a problem. I just need to get those new files and check to see if the client works.

Also, I will mirror those files to a few locations momentarily.

Edit your server.txt to have

-Note: To get it to work I edited a few minor things that was making the server not load -_-. Also, I'm using this release but not on Vmware, Ubuntu or a full install. It's running over a program that uses colinux as well but it forwards ports and so on.

-Note2: In my research I found ways to make the server possibly lag less. I haven't put them in yet but I'll place the links here after I test them later.

Edit: Iweb doesn't even exist when I try to connect to it and BatGM can assign GMs but not gold. So I can't get cubi-gold Q_Q

Oh the server has to restart and the cubi adds. Nevermind batgm works however iweb still doesn't =/

I got my server almsot running, only problem left now is:

When i login i get ingame an error: "Unknown Error 255".
Is there anyway to fix this issue?

It couldn't be clientsided error, as i just played on RagingINtheZONE's server to check it out xD

Well the Error should be Serversided.

But I receive the error when logging in at client.

Well my computer decided to auto update and shutoff but it's back up lol. I'll do some more editing today when I get home from school.

I don't know what that error is -.-. If you're using Beastie's latest release I don't see where that error would occur. Did you type in

You also may have to change two things once you finish it (like I had to) but you'll have to get past that error first. What are you using, VirtualBox? - VMWare? - CoLinux? - or are you actually on the OS?

i'm on actual OS (Ubuntu 8.10-x86)

I used the 2nd repack from this thread (Romulan's 'HOT' repack).
Followed his guide, changed the password in table.xml, and started etc...

And i receive that error, its quiet akward.

If i connect with myEN 1.3.1 client to

Port 29000 = Unknown Error (255)
Port 29001 = Version Outdated message in client.

Change port to 29001 and go into gamed/gamesys.conf (I think it is) and it will call for 10306 on a line. Change that to 10301. I could be wrong on all of those locations but you need to change it because it's trying to use client 1.3.6 not client 1.3.1. Once you do that, have fun. Also my server should be back up later on. I'm still trying to get on XP -.- lol.
