Nope. Install the no-ip client on your Windows computer! And connect to your account and wait for the client retrieve your subdomain list, then check the litte box if needed!
You will need to open the pwserver port (29000) and the http (80) on your modem/router's firewall if you want to let everyone registering on your server and play...
