Unable to enter instance

building a second server, first server works 100%, 2nd server i cant enter any dungeons, using same client as first server and all files are mirrored. tried reinstalling server several times and every time gets the same reaction. i have been told to check client and server regions and Precinct and the client one oviously didnt change (same client for both servers) and i copied the server ones over to match the working server. i am completly lost can anyone please help me.

did you try asking the server politely to work? lol

my server had this problem i just made a work around and put a quest at each portal entrance to have you walk though and be quest tele-ported to the dungeon
