The top bar of pwAdmin is taken from PWE's old design from before tideborn. Even in the tideborn one there were errors (an assassin that looked like a veno). Artist renditions are not always accurate of what actually happens in the game itself.

Did you not read? The design was taken from PWE's old site. That used to be the top bar of PWE's own site did I fail to mention that?
I read just fine, did you? The banner at the top of pwAdmin has not a thing to do with the character template page and the classes listed within it.
Good question... My guess would be that gender locking occurs within the client (make a barb, logout, and then try to make him female in pwAdmin)...
I think this question would be better directed/answered by Ronny though, since he is the one that created pwAdmin though ;) :D
