Upgrading Hrace009's built in Pwadmin

Hrace009's server works perfectly for me, however the PwAdmin it came with is horrible its outdated it didn't even have a "Addons" folder or tab. So I tried to update it with the newest one, big mistake on my part,

then i opened it, and then went into my apache w/e webapps then found the pwadmin folder, then deleted it, then went to the download and basically dragged it over praying it would work since I have no effing clue what I was doing just assuming all up to this point, anywho, so it finishes after a while, so i start all the stuff up, blah blah blah, and BAM, my pw admin has the Addons tab now, with several new features that I was dieing for.

The actual probelm: is that somehow by deleting the old pw admin, and replacing it with one that was already configured in some sort of way to connect to some one else's MyslQ database thingy, that by replacing mine with this one, when i go to accounts and look under the accounts that have been made already, it just gives me a cant connect to mySLQ thingy error, and when I try to see the character list, myslq error, and i dont know if i should put my actual computers ip address which is 64.253.1.21, or if i should use the one hrace told us to place in the machine network settings which is 192.168.0.1 or something, i dont know how to fix my issue, i need a really straightforward built-for-noobs and idiots, type guide, that even a hill billy could do, ive used the search button, and not one single post (that i could find) has told me what ip to put where, to fix what, when where who and HOW, im utterly lost, im gonna edit this post and add a SS of the error that im recieving momentarily after this post

Just replace the pwadmin folder in your filezilla. Then make sure all the paths are correct to your version of java. Done.

Edit the pwadmin config files. Make sure the database is dbo and the user and pass to mysql are correct. They were probably root and hrace009. Also make sure the directory to your server files is correct.
