Very Disappointed

After spending over 2 years helping the PW community now I am throwing in the towel, I was bored yesterday and decided to see how every other server is doing and I was reading forums etc and yet to see nothing but other GM's YOU PEOPLE slandering my Vendetta PW server.

Phrases such as "Vendetta should be shut down they ruin the name of Private Servers", "Bash knows nothing and steals content" it goes on and on and on.

If any of my players slander or just even mention other servers (bar from LMS and Blood Dragon simply because theyre the thieves and arseholes who give no credit and know crap about their client or server) I go off on them trying to protect my reputation and the servers but then to see this.... Very very disappointing when I put my time and effort into this for YOU all. I will be resigning from Rising Moon Development team and going complete solo from now on. Those who I believe are worth my time will be on my msn and yahoo which I will help but I will not longer be part of this childish commununity.

So I would like to say my goodbyes.

Sorry to hear, you sound like a great guy (the very little I've had the chance to interact with you at all being rather new to this 'scene' myself) :(

The community will truly be at a loss without someone as great as you, by far you have contributed some of the most useful things to the community as a whole and have a rather great server to boot. (Yes I have played on your server a bit but didn't really get to much involved with it, but I did like a lot of the ideas you had with it)

I know for a fact that you haven't copied off of anyone and the people saying that are true asshats trying to get you out of the business of running your server just so they can steal all the work you have done and claim it as their own. I do feel ashamed myself that people can go that low to belittle someone that has done so much to even help them be inspired to work on the servers for this game, losing you is something I know we all will feel.

To wherever you may be off to, I truly hope you don't leave, but the best of luck to you.

After posting that some of the devs have removed the posts that they have been saying, think theyve realised, I will be coming back now and again but wont be as active I am little heart broken (not trying to be a sap or anything) I just put my heart into developing and it got me real down when I seen that stuff.

I too, am glad to hear you're staying. I hate to say it but, it seems no matter where you go, or what you do, there always seems to be at least one person who will always try to 'get you down'. I know how difficult it can be at times to ignore that, but my recommendation would be to 'shrug it off' as much as possible. Because no matter what, you know that you're 'worthy'. In my opinion that is all that really matters, as long as you yourself know, that you are 'worthy'! Regardless of if you have any 'haters' here, I think you can rest assured that there are many people here that appreciate you highly, myself included.

So the next time you encounter a 'hater' just give 'em one of these:

yeah i know for a fact bash is great with his work and has not stolen a thing from anyone and always lends a helping hand when he has time he has helped me with some things in the past and i think hes great guy and great contributer to the PW-Developer Community All i can say is to all who have there opinions about bash keep them to your self in this community we try to work together to solve problems and become friends thats what a community like this 1 is all about.
