What this bug ?

after I REPACK configs.pck and copy it into pw \ element \
I get the error shown in Figure

When I copy the file back into the old configs.pck no errors

pls help me :(

It could be a few things. First culprit in terms of ease to check/verify would be that the PCK size NOT exceed 2GB, PCK files CANNOT be over 2GB. If that is not the issue then this is a common problem if you use the wrong packer, (ie using '07 instead of '08); my recommendation would be to pack it using the opposite of what you used (and/or try sPCK)... [you can tell which version you are using when you run pwpack it will either say '07 or '08]

I using client ver 1.4.2 build 2265 :(

You cant use an official 1.4.2 client. It has to be downgraded.

And as 343 said, make sure you are using something like sPCK and not pwpack 2007.
