Yea I want to find where the ID is set (most graphics aren't hard to find in models or gfx pck), I was thinking if I knew how to set the ID I could create some awesome custom content ;) =D

alright I just found out what controls what size it's rendered as:
ID, X, Y, Z, ?, ?, ?, TRIGGER LINK, SIZE
because this is what happened when I changed that last column from a "24" to a "124"
and another photo of what it looks like when this value is changed to "50"
You've got X, Y, and Z there... could the other 3 unknown #'s be for the rotation?
Also: The list seems to be populated inside configs/dynamicobjects.data ... Not sure how we would go about editing it though, aside from hex. Anybody had any success modifying that file?
Robb has done it before, that's how he did the scenery for his a34 I believe
He mentioned doing that here
Well... I don't know that I am done yet (only because I am a perfectionist) but... So far so good (from the angles I took the pix from, I have yet to check other angles). This is what I have so far (compare to the original I posted from 'official'):
Ok, I am finally complete trying to nit-pick how accurate my FF portal is to the 'official' (i'm sure it's not 100%, but then again I don't think we will have absolute 100% unless we got our hands on the 'official' servers world/NPCGEN). If you have not yet added these to yours, and would like to, add the following two lines under 'Dynamics' in your world NPCGEN.DATA
Code:17, -2838.044, 254.552, 4193.995, 100, 125, 64, 0, 65
17, -2848.044, 254.552, 4183.995, 100, 125, 0, 0, 65
Oh, and I (sorta) found out what some of the other unknown's were in npcgen:
ID, X, Y, Z, TILT/ANGLE, ?, ROTATION, TRIGGER LINK, RENDER SIZE
dynamicobjects.data inside configs.pck? It SHOULD be there.. Since your portals are working.. At least, that's where it was in my client.
