World chat is a necessity for most players. Disable/shorten the time to 1 whole freaking hour, and people won't be happy.
I'm pretty sure it's in the gs, because only god knows what all is in that.

i believe it's a combo of client(since the player type's and selects chats) and server but not really sure it's Gs
