Xmas stuff and a role script

Aloha,

i need some things again. Maybe sumone can help me with this:

1. All IDs for Xmas stuff. I know the trigger for the snowmen and the ID for the Xmas trees but while browsing the textures in models.pck i saw some more things but i didnt find them in elements.data ( i cant search for chinese letters

)

2. Anyone knows how to get a list of the characternames and the ID like in pwAdmins role page just without using java ( or maybe got a jsp script that only shows a list of names with the ID next to it. ( oh and if someone wants to tell me this is not possible, just the account ID, it IS possible because when you open pwAdmins rolepage and click a name you see the ID of the char and not the account ID

)

Zorno did you want the ids of the Christmas fashion or was it for other things? Got the ids below of the xmas head fashion, and it's 795 for the male Santa head pill, 796 for the girls :D

Yes reading Chinese characters is a right pain in the ****, I was even dreaming Chinese characters at one point

I did think about creating a thread with all the head model ids and some info on how to stick them in the character ini file, should I do that?

Modified an existing code, simply just socket this script in php:

/showinfo.jsp?id=$POSTID

But there must be some Xmas decoration that i dont find. I attached a texture as example. Found that one in models.pck ...

My archer, wearing the dyed xmas color set in white, looks great with the winter cut hairstyle, though the shoes are naff, even the Navistock Shieldbearer is hiding from them

You can get gamedbd from the terminal to give you all that, just type ./gamedbd and it will tell you all the commands it takes, just mess with it a bit and you'll figure it out

I think ronny's smodfix can translate realtime from chineese. Just choose path to required folder and enjoy

If i'm not mistaken, it translates even to russian

Played around with it a bit and it shows a nice list but without the names

i tried ./gamedbd gamesys.conf listrolebrief and it showed me this:

If you use listrole it does give you the name I believe, just explode it at , as it's just a csv export

Edit: Seems that it doesn't, investigating which one does
Edit2: Doesn't seem like the terminal interfaces like to give up names, I'll work out how to get it without using Java

I want to make the Player names visible and when that is done, change the program that it is like a normal chat.
At the end it should work like a messenger but there will be some work to do till its done

Even though with the few Javascript tools I've released here on Ragezone aren't that fancy, Javascript (and JQuery) with a PHP backend allow for some quite amazing web applications and that is better then a desktop one any day..

It tells something about Xmas cards but i dont have a clue how this works.
