Use goodlookinguy's hex generator, or do it manually with Drakaer's guide.

i use manualy or goodlookinguy's hex generator, but i need to change some accesories stats. I dont have the evasion 30% and many other. I remember pwhexgen had it but always got virus warning.

The virus warning on it is a lie... Its just because it all got packed up into one file since it's written in Java.

This and other hexgens (including the great one from goodlookingguy) are included in my PW_DEV.iso from my 'complete release'

No, you can open it while you're on windows.
