./authd offline and 'Importing Roles to MySQL failed!' errors?

Hello RZ community.

I'm having a bit of difficulty with my server,here.
Using 343's package.
So, I have like 80 accounts registered,but trying to import the new roles at "Characters" in pwAdmin brings me this error:
Importing Roles to MySQL Failed.
Any idea how to fix this?
I am pretty sure that something screwed up the db or pwAdmin since it worked a while ago perfectly. The question is what exactly screwed it up?

Also, after server has been turned on for a while, I am not able to log in anymore. In client it shows as offline but pwAdmin says it is online.
