Final forged Item preview in forge station

Hi guys!
Well I have a question that are blowing my mind... I remember to see an Item description in forge stations before to forge a item, in official servers, but I opened 3 different server files that aren't showing all options a final forged Item could have.. Maybe it is just a server side detail, or I'm getting crazy...
Did you guys know what I'm talking about??

This is controlled by fixed_props value of the item in elements.data
