Open elements.data with sELeditor or anything else that can edit .data file, and find the weapon id then edit it's stats. This editing will make it permanent and everyone who makes it will have those stats.

If not use hexgen to make your own stats for it.

Then goto
Encoding>Character Sets>Chinese>GB2312 (Simplified)

Alright I will help u with that.but before you do anything this is kind of [Stealing]

Go to your weapon using sELedit
Line 5 put 0
line 6 configs\武器\18品弓\18品弓.ecm
line7 configs\武器\18品弓\18品弓.ecm
line 8 Surfaces\图标\通用物品\相思入骨.dds

I think this is what you want...

Idk what is ECM Cause Idk how to make reskins
