Use a stock GS and .data files for that version to rule out all errors in files

You have an error in either settings or maps

Check GS01 .log file to sometimes receive a highly specific chinese error as to what ID is causing the problem, it can sometimes be gshop.data or elements.data or tasks.data most likely
